Hey everyone, I've updated the playlist again! I decided to put it on shuffle so you wont get bored listening to the same sequence of songs when you're here. Autoplay is still on.

New songs added are The Thunderer [this is for the juniors to listen esp, hopes it encourages you to play well! & the playing is really nice and neat. The trombones are wow so listen to it!] ,Procession to Peace and Instant Concert.

After Friday practice... (i thought..)
We all need to work hard if not band practice will just be BORINGBORINGBORING. [and even more boring] I don't think it is nice to get embarrassed in front of everyone else because of some things we could have worked out.

Hello to all.

Please take note that on Monday, 27th OCTOBER (sorry for the typo), Westwood Concert Band will be performing at the Istana Open House at about 3.45pm.

Since it's a public holiday, I really hope all of you will take the time off to support westwood band as well as mr wong! At the same time, you can learn something from them too. Remember, it is always by exposure, then you people will learn and improve. This applies to the juniors as well.

If you're clueless of how to get to Istana, here's a map for some reference:
- Basically Dhoby Ghaut Mrt is the nearest to get there

Soprano Sumi Jo joins the SSO in a gala evening of breathtaking coloratura arias, including “Sempre libera” from La Traviata and “Je veux vivre” from Roméo et Juliette. The programme also features a selection of orchestral favourites by Ravel and Bernstein.
